All Sales Are Final

All products sold by BrainSAIT are digital products (eBooks, masterclasses, blueprints, platform licenses, and digital downloads). Due to the instant-access nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed.

No Returns or Exchanges Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or transferred once purchased and delivered.

Exceptions We will issue a full refund only in the following cases:

• You were charged more than once for the same order
• The digital product was never delivered due to a technical error on our end
• The product delivered does not match what was described

To request an exception, contact us within 7 days of purchase at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue.

EU Customers If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. However, by completing your purchase and accessing the digital content, you expressly waive this right in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
