1. About BrainSAIT

BrainSAIT ("we," "us," or "our") is a premium digital education platform offering eBooks, masterclasses, and educational resources. By accessing or purchasing from our store at store.brainsait.org, you ("Customer") agree to these Terms of Service in full.

2. Digital Products & Delivery

All products sold by BrainSAIT are digital goods delivered electronically. Upon successful payment:

  • You will receive instant access to your purchased content via a download link or access credentials.
  • No physical product will be shipped.
  • Delivery is immediate — if you do not receive access within 24 hours, contact us at the email below.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital product has been delivered or accessed. This applies to all eBooks, masterclasses, and digital resources.

Exceptions may be considered solely at BrainSAIT's discretion in cases of:

  • Duplicate accidental purchase (reported within 24 hours)
  • Technical failure preventing access (after our support team has been unable to resolve it)

4. Intellectual Property

All content sold by BrainSAIT — including but not limited to eBooks, videos, slides, and course materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of BrainSAIT or its licensed creators. By purchasing, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for your own educational purposes only.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share the content
  • Upload it to any platform or share it publicly
  • Use it for commercial purposes without written permission

Violation of these terms may result in immediate access revocation and legal action.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BrainSAIT content solely for lawful, personal educational purposes. You must not use our platform or content to violate any applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or your country of residence.

6. Account & Access

If your purchase requires account creation, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. BrainSAIT is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrainSAIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Saudi Arabia.
